Bidor

On the way back from Ipoh, via the Route 1, we made a pit stop at Bidor. Customarily, we always made Jambut Batu and Jambu Air from this town as our "must buy" souvenir...

Pagar

Fence, to block passing from one side to another.... Jangan terpagar hati sudah...

Taman Cherry

Was in Ipoh, asked a friend for a place to enjoy probably the best Pasembor and Chendol in town. l received a SMS from him, quoted here verbatim:

"cherry park. somewhere pej pelajaran. stall dekat simpang cherry park. tarak meja... makan atas bangku sahaja"

We went there, we sat on the bangkus, we enjoyed the cendol and the pasembor, we will go again...

Ipoh Padang

Went to Ipoh, drove around this old town made famous by the tin mining industry, until we stumbled into this British colonial designed Ipoh Padang. A nice padang indeed, which may become a witness for many events unfurled on her turf all these years...

Bricks

Walked around a friend's house last few days. Observed a renovation which is in progress. Then realised that all the grand buildings around us are begin with nothing more than these bricks, put side by side, layer by layer, until it forms a structure... Until it forms a shack, a house or a castle but whatever it is, hopefully it will make all these into a home...

Tampin

Many weeks ago, l found myself at Tampin, a town at Melaka / Negeri Sembilan border. It is a nice place with a "classic" train station. Obviously, everything KTM is my favorite, so l waste no time to shoot a few pics.

K Terengganu

The Laptop

Our laptop, which was bought in December 2002 now start showing signs of slow death. It gave us a hiccup three months ago and we managed to recover it, but this time, it seems harder for us to coax it back to life again.

This beloved laptop is my faithfull breakfast companion, which allow me to surf the news while enjoying a slice or two Roti Bantal with Planta Margerine. This beloved laptop is our bridge to the outside world...

Looks like, the domestic financial crisis is brewing.....

Berbasikal

Semalam, menghadiri XTVT berbasikal disekitar Paka. Menarik, terutamanya bila laluan melencong dari jalan tarmac menuju ke off-road. Kali ini, aku hanya menyusul sebagai marshal, lain kali mungkin turut sama menunggang juga.

Living On The Sea

Living on the sea has it's own perils. Loneliness is one of it. Imagine wake-up and retire to the same view... Oh, maybe a bit different was there, say, Day 1, a bird perched on the railing outside the room, Day 2, mid-afternoon rain, Day 3, a ship on the horizon.....
