Kueh Kasui

Kueh Kasui, made from "tepong beras", some palm sugar and topped with freshly grated young coconut. Good taken in the afternoon. During tea time, perhaps.

I like the idea of shadow on the coconut surface, so the middle part is darker than the rest. Cool!
